Den/Patrol/Pack MUST provide two Registered Adult Leaders for up to every 8 Scouts to maintain two-deep leadership.  Please remember that Webelos and Cubs are on different activity tracks, so plan leadership accordingly.   To ensure we have the appropriate level of supervision, please register your Leaders & Adults in the online system first.  You will be unable to register additional scouts if the 1:8 leader ratios are not met.

No Scout will be denied the opportunity to attend the Etowah O’Ree due to financial hardship.  Camperships are available, so please contact me if a need arises.

Leader Guide out by September Roundtable confirming activities and adventures.

All meals, except for Saturday Lunch is the responsibly of the Pack.  Saturday lunch of “Chick-fil- A” will be provided, however, we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs, so please plan appropriately.

Check-in will be at the front Parking Lot shelter, 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday, October 25th.  Packs are encouraged to arrive together, but each attendee must check-in with the Medical Officer and have a health form on-file.

Camping: There is a limited number of platform tents available for use.  However, Webelos scouts are encouraged to bring, setup, and sleep in their own tents. We encourage Webelos scouts to bunk with other scouts and families with siblings attending to use a tent to maximize platforms for scout use.  This is to support independence and prepare the boys for their transition to Boy Scouts. Packs will receive their campsite assignments at check-in.
