Merit Badge Day

Saturday, May 31, 2014

Belk Scout Camp

by Renita Keziah

This Merit Badge Day is to give Scouts a chance to earn some Merit Badges they might not be able to get or that they need.  Please make sure to read each list so that you understand what is required of you for that Merit Badge.  Some will require you to bring information with you so that you can earn that Merit Badge.  If you have questions, please contact me - Renita Keziah. (Click name to send email.)

When signing up, please make sure to include your Troop number and council name.  If you are a Scoutmaster and you are signing up for your Troop, please send me the names of the Scouts that are taking each MB so that I can have a class roster for each class.

If you are planning on taking Citizenship in the World, I will need Troop and council information so that I can give your Scoutmaster information for which country you will need to research and bring the information to the class.

The cost for attending is $8.00, this includes lunch (sandwich, chips, cookies, and a drink.)  If a parent/leader is attending and would like lunch - the cost will be $6.00.

Some of the Merit Badges will be a partial due to other requirements that can not be done during a class session.  Those Merit Badges will have that information posted in the description / information part.

Please wear Class A uniform, closed toe shoes and bring water bottles.

Scouts will need to bring their MB books, paper, pencil/pen and signed Blue Cards for each MB they are attending.

Here is a guide to help you through your first den meetings.

It has several links to training and resources to help you out.
